I am a operations leader with 7+ years of experience in various leadership positions looking to find a role in HR, marketing, or management.

The leadership style that describes me the most is servant leader. My biggest strengths as a leader are training, development, and discipline. I deeply enjoy developing workers to their highest potential and building their confidence in the workplace.

While my experience is mainly in customer service and retail environments, I am a fast learner and inviting of a change of pace.
